Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 8 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Within 8 hours, contact Maha from your portal — accepted requests have the session returned.
Refunds cover unused sessions only, calculated at the single-session rate, and must be requested before the package expires. See the agreement for full terms.
If Maha needs to cancel, you will be rescheduled at no cost.
